Rai Radio Kids is Italian public radio station owned by Rai. The channel broadcasts children's songs, special effects, animated series theme songs and fairytales programmings.

Rai Radio 8 Opera was launched on 24th October 2015
On 12th June 2017, Rai Radio 8 Opera is renamed Rai Radio Kids, the new broadcast fromat for children from 2 to 10 years.
It is part of five new radio channels dedicated to different thematic areas: the offer of specialized Rai radio stations, listenable via the web and the app, but also on terrestrial or satellite TV sets, and on DAB+ digital radios. A range of contents to intercept new needs for digital listening, based on the need to satisfy moods and genres.
Rai Radio Kids has broadcast the 60th edition of the Zecchino d'Oro 2017 in deferred form from 18 November to 9 December 2017.
